Uh Oh! Since the package was indicated that it was delivered, there are a few steps we suggest taking. Occasionally, packages are marked as delivered before they are physically at your address. Please allow 24 hours following a delivery confirmation before assuming that there is an issue with the delivery.Contact your local post carrier and try to speak to your postal person directly, as sometimes they have a recollection of when and where they leave packages. Make sure your mail area is secure, and leave a note to request that packages not be left unattended. Is there a chance one of your neighbors mistakenly collected your package? If you have completed all of the above, please contact us at email@example.com so we can file a claim on our end and work out a way to help you.
COVID-19 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, to ensure the health and safety of our staff, we will not be accepting exchanges or returns until further notice. We encourage you to use our fit guide to ensure the right fit or please contact us to book a consultation before ordering.
PRE-COVID RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Of course we do.
Standard Returns: You have 30 days from your delivery date to make the call. We offer refunds or exchanges on approved returns.
Try-At-Home Returns:You have 7 days to return the items you ordered to try on at home.
You have 30 days for standard orders, or 7 days for Try-At-Home orders to make sure your Swiminista suit is the right one for you.
IMPORTANT: Please don't remove the tags or hygienic stickers while trying your suit on.
Standard and Try-At-Home Returns.
Returns are subject to a flat return label fee of $8, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps to cover the cost of the provided return label and the processing of returned items. If you decide to place a new order within the next 12 hours, the $8 fee will be waived (make sure to use the same email address) and let us know you've made a new order straight away. We will only accept your return and process your refund if the items are unworn, and have all the Swiminista garment tags still attached and hygienic stickers in tact if applicable. Garments that are soiled, damaged or altered will not be accepted, and will be returned to you without a refund.
Your refund will be credited to the same credit card you used to place the order.
We process returns and refunds as soon as we receive them. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

When making an exchange, the replacement product(s) will be sent when the return package is in transit on its way back to us.
We will refund the difference between your original items and newly selected items, less the original Shipping Fee (if applicable) and the $8 Return Shipping Fee. If the item costs more, we will charge the difference to the same credit card authorized for your first order. If you'd like the charge to be processed on a new card, please email email@example.com at the time of sending back your return. Exchanges cannot be guaranteed if the return package is not mailed within 30 days of your original delivery. If delayed, replacement products may be out of stock.

If you’ve kept your Try-At-Home pieces a little too long, we will charge you for the items you kept. If you want to return them, you’ll have up to 30 days to do so as a Standard Return.
We suggest you return items in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. If they were damaged during the opening stage, please source something similarly protective.
If the returned item(s) do not meet our outlined standards for return, you will be notified by email, then the item(s) will be returned to your original shipping address and will not be granted a refund/exchange. Shipping charges will apply.
